Katy and Ryan's Romantic Wedding in Sorrento

Katy's wedding day! What a cool woman! Truly one of the biggest hearts I know. 

Katy and Ryan met right after Katy returned from a mission trip with me in India! That's right. Katy and I spent a whirlwind day together in Rome on the way to India. We saw the entire city by foot in one glorious day. We then spent the next several weeks in misery in India. Heart touching, gut-wrenching India. So many nights together talking about life, love, and relationships, the future, all while trying not to think about the disgusting bathroom or the scorpions and cobras. The heat and mosquitos. It was a very intense and special time together. 

And when she came home she met Ryan! An Italian! And then they had their wedding in this beautiful land that Katy first fell in love with on that trip.

You never know the miraculous surprises life has in store for you.

I knew Katy's family from church so to see her walk down the aisle made me tear up so much I could barely keep my camera focused. Weddings are moments from heaven. Weddings in Italy, at an amazing villa overlooking Capri and the entire bay of Naples, surrounded by incredible family and friends and their deep faith...more than heaven.
